What a beautiful day for our Easter Sunday market.  The crowds were out in force and at last there seemed a sense of 'normality' to our lives.  Thank you to all our visitors for their tremendous generosity at our wishing wells, donations amounted to $3,391.  Approval at our recent board meeting rounded up this figure and will donate $3,500 to the Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief Aid - Rotary Australia World Community (RAWCS) Appeal https://directory.rawcs.com.au/83-2014-15

There was something for everyone with a huge choice of wonderful merchandise available from our regular stallholders along with some newcomers. Locally grown pumpkins, crispy, fresh apples from Batlow, a wide variety of other fruits and vegetables to accompany the family Easter lunch/dinner, hats and scarves for those coming chilly evenings, a variety of knitted tea-cosies, plants for the garden, flowing dresses, handbags and not to forget your fur babies, harnesses and leads, treats and toys, too many to list here.  We enjoyed music from our two buskers, Chris and Tulli and our local radio station, 2SEA FM.  To top it all, we had a surprise visit from the Zephyr and Zodiac Club of Melbourne with a selection of their classic cars for us to admire and imagine cruising along our scenic coastal roads.

We look forward to your company at our next market on Sunday 15 May.  Monies collected from our wishing wells will be donated to the Animal Welfare League NSW - Far South Coast Branch.
