We were so fortunate that the rain over the last couple of weeks held off for our November market.  It was grey and overcast and a little cool but the warmth of all the visitors made us all happy that we were able to hold the event.  The stallholders were delighted with their sales and their customers left with gorgeous cushions, hand painted ceramics, awesome eco-dyed scarves, glamorous jewellery, charming baby clothes, tomato plants and seedlings, organic fruit and vegetables, scented soaps and diffusers, Japanese and Turkish crafts, delectable cakes and jams to name but a few.  Also attending were the Merimbula Water Dragons selling their delicious Christmas Puddings to raise funds and Merimbula Marine Rescue selling raffle tickets with some amazing prizes.  All this, whilst being entertained by our talented Sapphire Coast Jazz Band and local radio station, 2SEA FM.  Our next market in December will have even more fabulous products on offer, so make a date in your diaries now so you don't miss out.

We had a visit by the Merimbula RFS, who came to inform us how to be 'bush fire ready' even though we have had masses of rain, we mustn't become complacent.  The children went away happy with colouring books and fire helmets.

Our Rotary volunteers thank you all for being so co-operative in checking-in via our QR codes and showing your fully vaccinated certificates.

As from 15 December 2021, our COVID Safety Plan and mask wearing will be optional although we encourage you to continue to use our QR code to check in and to wear face masks https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/easing-covid-19-restrictions/opening-in-dec where you cannot social distance.

We look forward to your company at Ford Park and some blue skies and sunshine.
We still need to adhere to our COVID safety plan and Stallholders are requested to click on our Monthly Market tab at the top of this page, to view the revised Terms and Conditions and our registered Rotary Club of Merimbula COVID-19 Safety Plan.

To keep us all safe, please make use of the hand sanitising dispensers and optionally scan the NSW Government QR code at each of our wishing well entry stations and practise social distancing.

(Please do not come if you feel unwell, wait until our next market which will be held on 31 December 2021.)
