A successful first Wheels & Keels market held Saturday 3 July - the sun was shining and some magnificent wheels and keels on display for sale.

Do you have a car, motor cycle, motor home, boat, caravan, camper, trailer, golf cart or mobility scooter or anything else that is on wheels or floats for sale or are you a prospective purchaser?

Come along to Ford Park, Ocean Drive, (Fish Pen) Merimbula, on Saturday 4 September 2021 between 9.00 am - 1.00 pm when the Rotary Club of Merimbula will be holding its 2nd Wheels and Keels Market which will offer locals and visitors the opportunity to display and sell their secondhand vehicle, trailer or vessel to the general public.  Vendors can enter from 8am.  There is no need to book in advance.

Vehicles for sale will have to be road-registered or conveyed on a road-registered trailer. Proof of registration will be required.  All sales would be arranged through seller and purchaser.  For Terms and Conditions for vendors please click on https://www.rotaryclubofmerimbula.com.au/page/terms-amp-conditions.

Local new car dealers will be invited to display their latest vehicles.

Vendors will be charged $20 for every registered vehicle or vessel displayed, or $20 per site. Entry to the market for prospective purchasers is free.  Of course Rotary always appreciates donations - 100% of which are used to fund local community and humanitarian projects.

Merimbula Rotary will sell sausage sandwiches and soft drinks, and a local commercial coffee van will also be on site.

The Market should provide vendors with a great opportunity to display their vehicles/vessels somewhere potential purchasers know they can go to see what is currently available for purchase in the area. Ultimately we hope it will reduce the need for sellers to leave their vehicles/vessels unattended in public places in the hope someone interested might see it and stop.
