               TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Rev. November 2021)
 
               The Market is being operated by the
               Rotary Club of Merimbula Incorporated (the operator)
 
               Entry to the Site
  • Entry to the event for vendors for Wheels and Keels is from 8:00am for a 9:00am start. All vendors need to be parked on their sites by 9:00am.
  • Payment of $20 per site is required when entering the site.
  • Vendors must produce driver licence and proof of registration for the vehicle.
  • Unattached trailers left onsite or an accessory stand, marquee and the like must have their own public liability insurance.
  • Entry to the event site is via Ocean Drive via the gate at the northern end of Ford Park.
  • The market operates between 9.00am and 1.00pm and there are to be no vehicle movements during those times.
  • Vehicle engines may be safely started without movement.  Noise to be kept to a minimum.
  • Vendors are to vacate Ford Park by 1:30pm.  Early departure will be allowed only after 12.00pm provided Rotary is advised and the vendor is accompanied to the exit gate.
 
    Site Rules
  • Vehicles and trailers must be currently registered unless on a registered trailer.
  • It is encouraged that vehicle and trailer details be displayed on the windscreen prior to the commencement of the event.
  • A minimum distance of 2.0m between parked vehicles must be maintained at all times.
  • If you are leaving the event the vehicle is to be locked and Rotary advised.
  • Vendors are required to follow the instructions of the operators of the event.
  • Respectful treatment of all officials, other car or vehicle owners, stall holders and the public is expected at all times.
  • Vendors are required to keep their site safe, clean and tidy at all times and all efforts are made to reduce the likelihood of oil and grease occurring on the event site.
  • Rotary Merimbula has a COVID-19 Safety Plan that must be complied with by all vendors.
    Business Transactions
  • Any business transaction occurring as a result of those parties taking part in the Wheels and Keels event will be strictly between those parties.  Rotary Merimbula Incorporated will not act as an agent for either party and will not guarantee ownership, registration or condition of any vehicle, vessel or product being offered for sale.
