What a wonderful day for our October Market.  After a heavy downpour in the early hours of the morning, the sun came out and it was such a treat to be out and about in the crisp, clean air.  We were spoilt for choice, trying to decide what to buy from all the delightful goods on offer. Fishing gear and bait, plants, seedlings, vegetables, honey, cheese, jewellery, baby clothes, antiques, handbags, soap, too numerous to list everything on display.  You will have to come along to our next market and see for yourself, maybe a chance to do some early Christmas present shopping.

RFS Merimbula were there, handing out information packs on how to prepare your property for the coming bushfire season and giving useful advice to our visitors.

The Rotary tent did a roaring trade in egg and bacon rolls and sausage sangas and supplies had to be replenished 3 times.  There were tasty Dutch pancakes, pizza, ice creams and other delicious food to enjoy whilst strolling along the rows of stalls listening to the buskers, radio station music and watching a juggler perform his many skills.

Looking forward to welcoming you at our next market, Sunday,15 November.  Put the date in your calendars, so you don't forget!

We still need to adhere to our COVID safety plan and Stallholders are requested to click on our Monthly Market tab at the top of this page, to view the revised Terms and Conditions and our registered Rotary Club of Merimbula COVID-19 Safety Plan.
To keep us all safe, we request everyone make use of the hand sanitising dispensers at each of our wishing well entry stations and practise social distancing.  (Please do not come if you feel unwell, wait until our next market which will be held on Sunday 20 December).

As always, your gold coin donation at the wishing wells would be greatly appreciated.
